Rates come from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account. ShipStack compares the rates your account returns and buys the label you pick — you keep your provider relationship and whatever rates you have there.
Postage is separate. Postage is billed by your shipping provider (Shippo or EasyPost) to your own account, separately from your ShipStack subscription.

Which carriers can I ship with?
Rates come from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express through your own connected Shippo or EasyPost account. The services you see depend on what is enabled in your provider account.
Who bills me for postage?
Your shipping provider. Postage for each label is charged by Shippo or EasyPost to your own account. Your ShipStack subscription covers the software only.
Do you offer discounted carrier rates?
ShipStack doesn't resell postage or promise discounts. You get whatever rates your connected Shippo or EasyPost account provides, and we help you compare them on every order.
Which stores can I connect?
Shopify and WooCommerce are available today, alongside CSV import and the REST API. BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop are on the roadmap.
Can a 3PL manage several clients?
Yes. Run each client in its own organization with separate orders, inventory and users, and switch between them from one login.
Is there a free trial?
